LEADERS' CALL TO ADVENTURE

Sharon Crawford
A Midlife NOmad

PictureSanding Shutters
In 2011, Sharon Crawford was a busy online entrepreneur helping people with a powerful message take it into the world. The primary vehicle was through online multi-speaker events aka telesummits. In addition to producing and hosting 4 of her own telesummits, she provided telesummit training, consulting and conducted private healing sessions.

Fast forward to the end of 2015. Financially,  she was just getting by, living in a repressed area and  trying to hold on to a  house that was in need of  major repairs. No matter how hard she tried, she couldn't  improve her living situation.  She had hit rock bottom.

She practiced gratitude and was able to stop herself from diving into darkness, yet she knew there had to be more to life than experiencing a pervasive sense of emptiness and numbness. Overwhelmed by debt and a life that had become much too small, she let go of 80 % of her possessions and dropped her house keys in the mail, leaving her home to the bank. She decided that living a life of joy would be her main priority going forward which would also mean overcoming her fears and taking a big leap of faith into the unknown.

This past year was very different for Sharon. A year of travel, discovery, new friends and a lot of hiking in the Alps. She experienced some personally challenging yet extremely powerful opportunities for growth.  After being in  spiritual development for 2 decades and in  personal development  for  3 decades, she always knew she had her own message to share. In the beauty of a garden in the French alps while doing the mundane  work of sanding and painting  shutters, she began to receive inspiration.
